In November 2019 Ashburton Contracting Limited (ACL) purchased the Service & Parts division of Smallbone Isuzu and Blackwell Motors Limited purchased the Sales division of Smallbone Isuzu. We have since merged the Sales division of Smallbone Isuzu into Blackwells Isuzu as the Ashburton branch.
