IndyCar’s worst kept secret has been confirmed — Scott Dixon is signing with Arrow McLaren for the 2027 season.
The announcement was made yesterday, which sees the Kiwi star paired with Felix Rosenqvist and Pato Ward.

Dixon was with Chip Ganassi Racing for 24 years, where he racked up 58 race wins through 400 starts.
Speaking on the signing, Dixon sounded excited by the opportunity to leave his mark on a team with Kiwi roots.
“As a New Zealander, being part of Bruce McLaren’s legacy will be special; his spirit and grit are still very much rooted in that team, and I’m excited to carry that on.”
Zak Brown, who oversees both McLaren’s Formula 1 and IndyCar entries, is looking to build upon positive momentum with the Dixon signing.
“We’ve got our eyes firmly set on the Championship as well as winning the Indianapolis 500 to secure the Triple Crown in the Papaya era,” he said.
“These four drivers bring a wealth of experience as well as great chemistry and will no doubt have a positive impact across our entire team.“
