Feature Boost – High specification as standard

Local line up is strengthen with the return of the popular Touring grades. Offering significant specification improvements on the outgoing S and Active variants. Included but not limited too; Hands-free power tailgate with foot operation, Honda Sensing safety suite, Lanewatch camera, all round parking sensors with parking aid, smart entry & push button start, leather wrapped wheel, advanced display audio with Apple Carplay, Android Auto and in-build Garmin navigation app.

The Sport 7 grade has also received a significant feature lift with the addition of Honda Sensing, Hand-free Power Tailgate, Qi- wireless charging pad, privacy glass, full LED head lights, LED fog lights and active cornering lights. New Sport Premium grade has all this new spec, with the addition of exclusive wheel & suspension package to provide a more sophisticated driving experience.

Clever thinking continues with the application of i-dual zone climate control across the range. The intelligent system features GPS-linked solar sensors to calculate the suns position and automatically adjust the cabin airflow and temperature to compensate.

Intelligent Design – Modern Sophistication

A more upscale and distinctive presence has been crafted courtesy of front end redesign, featuring a blackout grille, broader opening for the intercooler and sharp gunmetal trim. Sophistication continues with dark tinted taillight lenses and a dark chrome tailgate garnish at the rear, finished off with a redesigned bumper and exhausts.

New design alloys feature across all grades, 18 inch dark grey with machined finish on the Touring & Sport 7, while a larger 19” light grey Y spoke design is exclusive to the Sport Premium.

Two new colours are available on the 2021 model, Cosmic Blue metallic and Ignite Red metallic which expand the colour line up to 7 distinct choices.

Inside, the CR-V’s spacious and tech-savvy cabin gets a redesigned centre console, with illuminated USB ports relocated into a more convenient location. Sport grades now come standard with Qi wireless charging pad. The deep storage box between the front seats is retained, with the clever access tray provides three easy ways to use the space.

Best in class space and packaging continues, with 5 and 7 seat configurations in the line-up. A near flat floor maximise rear seat passenger comfort in the 2^nd row, along with USB Fast charging ports & rear ventilation. On 7 seat grades the 2^nd row seating mechanisms have been revised to make them easier and smoother to operate when accessing the 3^rd row.

Dynamic Performance – Fun to Drive DNA

Driving performance and feeling is better than ever through improvements in response, stability and steering across the range. Specific to the Sport Premium is exclusive suspension, steering and electronics settings to ensure the highest levels of comfort and control with the newly equipped 19” alloy wheels. All grades feature enhances NVH through the enhancement of sound deadening materials and chassis refinements.

Now all 2021 CR-Vs are equipped with the 1.5-litre DOHC VTEC, direct-injected and turbocharged power plant. Rated at 140kw of power with 240 Nm of Torque it delivers incredibly refined and responsive performance across the engine’s full driving range. Power is transmitted through a sporty continuously variable transmission (CVT) with smooth-shifting Honda G-Shift control logic.

Honda’s Real Time all wheel drive system is paired with an innovative intelligent control system to provide improved traction in any situation. Using the E-DPS (Electronic control Dual Pump System) torque is monitored and distributed to balance traction, acceleration and fuel consumption. This system not only assists in low traction environments, but also under acceleration and spirited driving.
