Dean Sheed, General Manager of Audi New Zealand, says, “This is the largest ever fleet of legendary quattro all-wheel drive vehicles and we’re sending it from north to south, stopping at each Audi dealership throughout the country, so that more customers and fans than ever before have the opportunity to experience Audi quattro for themselves.”
“The fleet contains everything from the blisteringly quick RS Q3, to the phenomenal RS 7 Sportback and the flagship Audi S8. We also have the iconic Audi RS 4 and a number of other models in the range, all well worth a look and a drive,” says Sheed.
Audi Ambassador Simon Gault is also involved with the campaign. His company Sous Chef is providing gourmet hampers for the first twenty people who book test drives at each dealership along the route. Audi is also providing a chance for one lucky driver at each dealership to win a place at Audi driving experience later this year, taking their quattro test drive a step further on the race-track.
According to Sheed, “With 34 years of leading the world in quattro permanent all-wheel drive technology, and with the 5 millionth quattro vehicle coming off the assembly line last year, along with the fact that we’ve had the introduction of several new RS models this year, the time is absolutely right to showcase the performance and style of the Audi quattro range and, more importantly, for people to enjoy the Audi experience.”
