After 40 years, we’re taking a pit stop to reflect on some iconic Kiwi cars. This year also marks 50 years of Cure Kids. With the help of Mr Vintage, we’ve made a throwback range to help pay it forward. 15% of all sales go directly to Cure Kids to fund life saving research that’ll make the future brighter for Kiwi kids!
The first in the range is the iconic Toyota Hilux. The classic indestructible Ute has played a huge role in Kiwi culture as the favourite indestructible workhorse for many. For five decades the iconic Hilux has held a special place in Kiwi hearts.
Next up is the Subaru Impreza WRX, the rally car for the road. Few cars have caused as much of a stir as the Subaru Impreza, an enthusiasts dream that came around in the 90s with its iconic rumble to claim three successive world rally championships.
Finally for the first release is the Ford Escort MKII, the legendary MKII first competed and won in 1968 and dominated Kiwi and international rallying for the decades following, it became synonymous with Kiwi motorsport.
