For the first time, the outfit will have Evernham engines.
It’s 23-year-old Fike’s first fulltime Buscdh drive. Fike raced in 29 Busch races for Curb-Agajanian in the 2004 and 2005 seasons, and another seven for Brewco Motorsports. His best Busch series finish was eighth last July at Pikes Peak, Colorado.
Fike’s CV includes National Midget Driver of the Year in 2002 and 2003, and 2001 USAC Silver Crown Series (for unwinged Sprint Cars) Rookie of the Year.
The 2006 Busch series starts with the Hersheys Kissables 300 at Daytona this Saturday, February 18.
