Captiva 7 trim levels have been renamed, with SX, CX and LX becoming LS, LT and LTZ respectively.

The family favourite Captiva 7 receives a host of styling changes including a redesigned front fascia and grille. Rear styling has also been updated with a new rear fascia that features redesigned chrome exhaust tips and a new LED tail lamp design.

Both Captiva 7 LT and LTZ receive new integrated side steps while the LT receives new 18 inch alloy wheels.

Driver convenience is enhanced on all Captiva 7 models with the introduction of sensor key technology with passive entry and start as a standard feature.

Captiva 5 welcomes the addition of chrome exterior door handles on the LTZ.

Holden New Zealand General Manager of Marketing, Marnie Samphier said Captiva is an incredibly popular SUV in New Zealand and over the past seven years has gone from strength to strength.

“Since arriving in New Zealand in 2007, Holden Captiva has consistently been one of the most popular SUV’s sold in this country and in 2013 it was regularly in the top two best sellers,” said Marnie Samphier.

“Customers tell us that the Captiva offers incredible versatility, it can be used as a work vehicle and a family car and with its combination of features and styling Captiva is a compelling choice.”

“Captiva ticks a lot of boxes for Kiwi families and with the current offering and upgrades we don’t expect that will change anytime soon.”

“We have also worked hard to ensure customers get real value for money and even with the additional upgrades the price for the new Captiva model year 14 is offered at the same price and that’s a great value SUV.”

Model Year 14 Captiva range will be available at Holden Dealers throughout the country from this week.
