Hyundai South Africa’s ad features a mock driving show called ‘Top Deer’, with spot-on voice impressions of hosts James May, Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond (represented by a turtle, wildebeest and hamster respectively).
In the second ad hired gun race driver ‘The Stag’ tests his mettle against the car, taking a tongue-in-cheek swipe at the BBC hit show, which hasn’t always been kind to Korean cars.
Check out the ads below – the first features a one-on-one track battle between the ix35 and The Stag, and the second features the Clarkson wildebeest driving the new ix35.
