The Ford Fiesta H.F.H.V. – or the “Hybrid Function Hoon Vehicle” – can be modified for each competition that Block competes in.

Each one requires a different purpose-built vehicle, but the hybrid hooner is able to morph into the best racer fit for each type.

“My WRC Fiesta just can’t do what my Gymkhana Fiesta can, and vice versa. But having to campaign three separate cars is a nightmare, so we built one car that can be transformed to suit each form of racing I do on the highest level,” says Block.

Built on the Ford Fiesta RS WRC platform, its 2.0-litre turbo engine blasts Block through courses decorated with slaloms and cones for Gymkhana, or the mixed-surface racing circuits of Rallycross with 600hp (447kW) and 665 lb-ft (900Nm) of torque.

The car can change suspension and wheel set-ups too. It can even be turned into a street-legal vehicle.
