Toyota’s luxury arm, Lexus, this week took the wraps off the RX450h, a vehicle it says will take its hybrid power technology to a higher level in 2009.
The luxury all-wheel drive SUV debuted at this week’s Los Angeles Auto Show in the USA.
In some markets, the new-generation RX will be available only as a hybrid, with the RX 450h replacing both the current hybrid RX 400h and petrol RX 350.
Toyota will release more details of the Lexus RX 450h early next year.
