The 2010 Citroën C3 will be officially unveiled next to the production DS3 at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, before going on sale in Australia in mid 2010.
The C3 will feature a panoramic front windscreen that reaches up along thinner A-pillars to the hatch’s B-pillar.
On the inside, quality is stepped up, with improved materials, USB, iPod and Bluetooth functionality, as well as Citroën’s ‘MyWay’ satnav.
The C3 is based on the same platform as the C3 Picasso and Peugeot 207, but has been revised to make it more refined. It measure in at 3.94m long and 1.71m wide, and with the panoramic roof, the interior should be light and spacious.
Under the bonnet, the C3 will feature 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre HDi diesel engines, along with a 90hp HDi engine which reportedly emits 99g/km of CO2.
