The FF – an acronym for Ferrari Four (four seats and four-wheel drive) – is billed as the 612 Scaglietti replacement, and will officially go on display at the Geneva Motor Show.
Designed by Pininfarina, the FF features Ferrari’s first ever four-wheel drive system. It’s patented 4RM (four-wheel drive) weighs 50% less than a conventional four-wheel drive system. The FF is also equipped with the latest magnetorheological damping system (SCM3), as well as the most recent development in carbon-ceramic brakes from Brembo.
Of course, another major differnce is the shooting brake style, featuring four seats and 450L of cargo space (800L with rear seats folded down).
The new 6.3-litre V12 direct injection engine, producing 485kW (651hp) and 683Nm or torque, will reportedly propel the FF from 0 to100km/h in 3.7 seconds, on its way to a top speed of 335km/h.
