The Peugeot RCZ was selected from the votes cast by over 100,000 internet users in 62 different countries around the world.
The RCZ scored 33% of the votes to claim the illustrious title of Most Beautiful Car in 2009.
It is the fourth time that Peugeot has won this award.
In second place was the Citroen DS3, third was BMW’s Z4, and fourth was the Nissan 370Z.
“The much anticipated RCZ will arrive in New Zealand towards the middle of 2010. Judging by dealership and customer interest, this will be a very significant model for the Peugeot brand and we can’t wait to have it in New Zealand,” says Simon Rose, divisional manager of Peugeot in New Zealand.
