Paul Radisich has scored his second flag-ro-flag win of the weekend, winning Race 2 of the NZV8s narrowly from fellow Ford Falcon racer Kayne Scott at Ruapuna, near Christchurch, today.
Scott hounded Radisich during the closing laps, making two exploratory bids to pass in the final corners but backed off both times and settled for second place.
Scott said he could have risked “rubbing shoulders” to get past Radisich but the mission is to accumulate points for the championship.
Angus Fogg finished third in another Falcon after dicing with Scott for much of the race.
Paul Manuell was the best Holden Commodore finisher, in fourth place.
