Red Bull Racing driver Vettel pushes the fantasy X1 to its limits at the virtual Suzuka Circuit.
The X1 Prototype is a fan car – a fan forces the air from under the car, reducing lift and creating a suction effect with massive amounts of downforce.
The X1 Protoype comes with a 3000cc twin-turbo V6 engine producing 1106kW and 714Nm of torque. The X1 will reach a top speed of 450kph, and 0-96kph in 1.4 seconds.
Maximum lateral acceleration can reach 8.75G – at the very limit of what the human body can withstand.
Gran Turismo 5 will contain more than 1000 recreated cars ranging from the latest supercars to the cars of NASCAR and WRC. Standing proud will be the fastest car in the game – the Red Bull X1.
