Only available in Brilliant Black paint, the Special Edition 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser comes with a host of extras that differentiate it from the Touring model.
The Special Edition features all-new cross-hatched, solid billet aluminium grille, new 17-inch SRT Design wheels, chromed body-side trim spears, new embossed seat fabric, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with bright silver accents and large satin-silver finished gauge cluster with chromed rings.
Based off of the 2009 Chrysler PT Cruiser Touring, the Special Edition is powered by a 2.4-litre engine developing 105kW and 214Nm of torque and is coupled to a 5-speed manual or optional four-speed automatic transmission.
Standard equipment include power windows, AM/FM stereo with six-disc CD player, 65/35 fold/tumble/removable rear seats, a centre console with sliding armrest and storage, Chrysler signature analogue clock, compass, temperature display, air conditioning, manually adjustable front seats with seat heaters, floor mats, cruise control and l a 368-watt Boston Acoustics premium sound system.
