The Subaru Forester S-Edition concept features a symmetrical all-wheel drive system powered by a four-cylinder 2.5-litre turbocharged Boxer engine with 193kW and 347Nm of torque – up a little from the series XT model.
The S-Edition concept also comes with a paddle-shift 5-speed automatic gearbox, a sport suspension and a Variable Torque Distribution (VTD) feature.
Cosmetic features include special details around the grille and wing mirrors, an Alcantara seat finish with S-Edition badging, drilled alloy pedals, an instrument panel with luminescent lighting and a Forester S-Edition badge on the rear hatch.
A sunroof, satellite navigation system and dual-zome air conditioning top off the model that will reportedly make its way to Australia. No word yet on New Zealand availability.
