Topless R8 Spyder revealed

The Audi R8 Spyder will reportedly feature a 5.2-litre V10 engine pumping out 525hp, twin oval tail pipes, a brushed aluminum frame for the windshield, a retractable soft-top, all-wheel drive, and plenty of LED lighting.

One detail that’s missing from the Spyder compared to the coupe version are its signature ‘sideblades’ – it’s likely that Audi has dropped these to further distinguish the two cars.

The Audi R8 Spyder has been spied on the set of upcoming movie Iron Man 2.
