Brabus has taken its tuning programme upmarket, absorbing Bentley projects previously handled by its Startech sub-brand and rebadging the latest Continental GT and GTC under its own flagship banner. The result is the Brabus 900 Superblack Coupe and Cabriolet—wildly reworked versions of the grand tourer pair, now producing a massive 662kW.

Both models get a full Brabus makeover, starting with forged 22-inch Monoblock ZM Platinum Edition wheels and an aggressive carbon-fibre bodykit. The reshaped front splitter, new intake detailing, subtle lip spoiler and a larger rear diffuser give the Bentley a tougher stance, while a stainless-steel exhaust with active flaps promises a more vocal soundtrack. All factory Bentley badging is gone too, replaced with Brabus branding and carbon inserts.

Inside, the treatment is even more extensive. The cabin and boot are retrimmed in quilted and perforated leather with embossed B emblems, while carbon-fibre inserts line the dash, doors and sills. As usual, the Brabus Masterpiece interior leaves almost nothing untouched.

Under the skin, the plug-in hybrid powertrain keeps the standard electric motor but introduces a heavily upgraded twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8. Bespoke turbochargers, a carbon airbox and fresh ECU tuning lift combined output by 117hp and 100Nm to a monstrous 888hp and 1100Nm. That pushes both the GT and GTC from 0–100km/h in a claimed 2.9 seconds—down from the factory 3.2 and 3.4 seconds. Top speeds are capped at 335km/h for the coupe and 285km/h for the convertible.

Brabus hasn’t detailed major chassis upgrades beyond a 20mm lowering module, though the Continental’s adaptive air suspension and optional carbon-silicon carbide brakes were already up to the task.

As expected, exclusivity comes at a price. The 900 Superblack Coupe starts at €489,200 in Europe, while the Cabriolet opens at €538,800, both before local taxes and well above the standard Continental GT Speed.
