Ford New Zealand has a new customer care programme for Ranger and Everest owners with fixed-price servicing packages. It has also extended roadside assistance.

Ford has introduced new Pre-Paid Service Plans for the MY2026.5 Ford Ranger and Ford Everest, allowing buyers to lock in servicing costs for up to five years.

The plans enable customers to pre-purchase as many as four scheduled services at a launch price of $499 per service, covering maintenance for up to five years or 60,000km, whichever comes first.

The updated ownership package includes an extension of Ford’s standard roadside assistance programme from three years to five years for all new vehicles purchased from June 1, 2026.

The new initiatives complement Ford’s existing five-year vehicle warranty and are designed to create a more comprehensive ownership ecosystem around the brand’s vehicles, says the company.

Ford is also highlighting its extensive range of Genuine Ford Accessories and Ford Licensed Accessories, allowing customers to tailor vehicles such as the Ranger, Everest and Transit to suit their lifestyles.

Genuine Ford Accessories are designed and manufactured by Ford, while Ford Licensed Accessories include approved third-party products from suppliers such as ARB.

When fitted by an authorised Ford dealer before delivery, both accessory ranges are covered by the same warranty as the vehicle itself. Ranger and Transit accessories receive five years or 150,000km of cover, while passenger vehicle accessories are protected by a five-year, unlimited-kilometre warranty.

The extended five-year roadside assistance programme applies to all new Ford vehicles purchased from June 1, 2026, while the new Pre-Paid Service Plans for MY2026.5 Ranger and Everest models became available through participating dealerships from June 8.
