Lego is tapping into Formula 1 nostalgia with the launch of a new Ferrari F2004 set, joining the brand’s premium Icons range.
The latest release recreates the iconic Ferrari F2004, one of the most dominant cars in modern F1 history. Competing in the 2004 season, the F2004 claimed 15 race wins, with Schumacher accounting for 13 victories and teammate Rubens Barrichello taking the remaining two.
Made up of 735 pieces, the Lego Ferrari F2004 measures 32cm long, 13cm wide and 6cm tall, and is designed as a display model. It comes mounted on a presentation stand featuring key details from Ferrari’s all-conquering 2004 Formula One campaign.
Also included is a brick-built Schumacher minifigure, complete with helmet, trophy and his trademark red post-race cap. The figure stands on a base printed with one of the seven-time world champion’s famous quotes.
The Ferrari F2004 set joins previous Icons releases celebrating F1’s golden era, including Ayrton Senna’ McLaren MP4/4 and Nigel Mansell’s Williams FW14b.
The Lego F2004 and Michael Schumacher Icons set is available to preorder now, with shipping scheduled to begin from March 1, 2026. Pricing is listed at NZ$169.99 via lego.com.
