Lucid, the electric vehicle manufacturer based in the United States, has had sketches of its upcoming SUV leaked.
Expected to become a rival to Tesla’s best-selling vehicle — the Model Y, the Lucid Cosmos looks to be of similar proportions.

This Cosmos also looks to wear similar styling cues to that of the Lucid Gravity, which is the brand’s flagship SUV.
It’s expected to be based on the new Atlas 800 platform, of which two other new Lucid models are likely to share.
With performance oriented styling, there’s a good chance the model shown is the range-topping Cosmos variant.

It has previously been confirmed that this flagship Cosmos will be able to hit 100km/h from a standing start in just 3.5-seconds.
While Lucid is yet to be confirmed for our part of the world, the brand recently announced expansion plans for the United Kingdom, meaning they will be produced in right-hand drive.
This will make it far easier for Lucid to expand to the Australia and New Zealand markets.
