Omoda 9 rates five stars after ANCAP crash testing

The new Omoda 9 nabs a five-star safety rating after Australasian New Car Assessment Program (ANCAP) testing.

The Omoda 9 performed well across all testing criteria, scoring 90 per cent for Adult Occupant Protection. It also achieved an 87 per cent score for Child Occupant Protection. For Vulnerable Road User Protection the score was 81 per cent. And finally for Safety Assist Omoda 9 rated 82 per cent.
