The original four-door coupe. V8. AMG Sport. Icon.

The W219 CLS 500 is the car that invented the four-door coupe segment — every BMW 4 Series Gran Coupe, every Audi A7, every Mercedes CLE owes its existence to this car. In AMG Sport specification with the 5.0-litre V8, it remains one of the most imposing, most elegant, and most characterful executive cars of its generation.

The naturally aspirated V8 produces 225kW with a sonorous exhaust note that no turbocharged replacement has ever replicated. AMG Sport exterior package, air suspension, and the interior that set the standard for luxury coupes for the better part of a decade.

Heated leather seats, panoramic sunroof, COMAND navigation. The original — and still one of the best.
