Cadillac has confirmed New Zealand pricing for two new all-electric SUVs, expanding its local EV range beyond the recently introduced Lyriq.
The new Cadillac Optiq will be priced from $90,000, while the larger three-row Cadillac Vistiq will start from $120,000, with both prices including GST but excluding on-road costs .

The pricing announcement comes as Cadillac continues to build its presence in Australia and New Zealand with a growing portfolio of factory right-hand-drive electric vehicles. With the Optiq and Vistiq joining the existing Cadillac Lyriq, the brand will soon offer three distinct luxury EV SUV options for Kiwi buyers.

Positioned as the entry point to the Cadillac EV range, the Optiq targets the compact luxury SUV segment, combining dual-motor all-wheel drive, a 75kWh battery and an estimated driving range of up to 425km (WLTP). Power outputs are rated at a Cadillac-estimated 224kW and 480Nm, while standard equipment includes a 33-inch curved display, 19-speaker AKG audio system with Dolby Atmos capability, and a comprehensive suite of safety and driver-assistance technologies.

The Vistiq sits at the top of Cadillac’s electric SUV line-up in New Zealand, offering a more family-focused three-row layout with seating for six. Powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing a Cadillac-estimated 459kW and 880Nm, the Vistiq claims a 0–100km/h time of 4.2 seconds and an estimated range of up to 461km from its 91kWh battery. Features include adaptive air suspension, active rear steering, a 23-speaker AKG sound system, and a highly configurable luxury interior with captain’s chairs in the second row.

Both models support AC and DC fast charging using the CCS2 standard and include eight years of complimentary Cadillac Connected Services, enabling features such as remote vehicle functions, charge monitoring and trip planning via the myCadillac app.
Cadillac says sales of the Optiq and Vistiq will begin shortly, with vehicles available to view online and at the brand’s Auckland Experience Centre, further strengthening its push into the premium electric vehicle market in New Zealand.
