Ken Block’s custom-built 1977 Ford F-150 Hoonitruck, a star of Gymkhana Ten and Climbkhana Two, is set to go under the hammer at Barrett-Jackson’s Scottsdale event in Arizona later this month.
Renowned for its innovative design and ability to perform daring stunts, the truck is equipped with some interesting convenience features including remote start, a backup camera and a tow hitch.
At the heart of Hoonitruck is a twin-turbo 3.5-litre EcoBoost V6, derived from Ford’s GT Le Mans program, which produces 682kW. The engine is paired with a Sadev six-speed transmission and an advanced all-wheel drive system, ensuring robust performance.
Its bold aesthetic includes hand-crafted aluminium body panels that replicate the classic 1977 F-150 silhouette. It is complemented by a low, wide stance, and flared fenders with the turbochargers prominently displayed through the hood.
Previously offered for sale at $US1.1 million in 2021, the Hoonitruck will now be auctioned without reserve, creating an opportunity for a wider audience of collectors and fans to bid on this pick-up.

The sale also serves as a tribute to Block, a motorsport legend who tragically passed away in a snowmobile accident in January 2023.
The Hoonitruck, one of Block’s most famous creations, remains a symbol of his passion for pushing boundaries in automotive engineering and motorsport.
