Toyota New Zealand has expanded its performance offering with the local launch of its Gazoo Racing Parts range.
The new lineup was officially introduced at the GR Festival held at Hampton Downs Motorsport Park over the weekend, where more than 20 components were showcased to the public.

Positioned as an extension of Toyota’s Toyota Gazoo Racing division, the GR Parts catalogue focuses on enhancing key driving characteristics such as handling, balance and grip. The components are designed to deliver noticeable improvements for drivers both on the road and on the track.
According to Toyota New Zealand Chief Strategic Officer Andrew Davis, the parts have been developed using the same philosophy that underpins the brand’s performance cars — shaped by motorsport and tested under extreme conditions.

Festival attendees were also given a closer look at how the parts can be applied in practice, with a first-generation Toyota GR Yaris fitted with an Aero Performance package and GR Genuine Parts on display. The example vehicle, which also featured a GR software update, offered a preview of the potential upgrades available to owners.
Toyota says its nationwide dealer network will play a key role in supporting customers interested in upgrading their vehicles, with trained teams available to advise on part selection and installation.
