Suzuki Australia has released images of a new Jimny Rhino 4×4 model testing in an off-road area.
The special edition version of the little off-roader has been tipped for a June launch in Australia.
Little is known about the Rhino 4×4 other than the fact it is based on the five-door Jimny variant, and is finished in Kinetic Yellow paint.
The Rhino name has been used on the Jimny in overseas markets, and usually comes with aesthetic upgrades.
The teaser images also show retro-style decals running across the side of the SUV, with a Rhino depicted on the front door.
It also gets a set of retro-styled wheels that look to be wrapped in tarmac-friendly tyres.
It’s unclear at this stage whether or not this Jimny Rhino 4×4 will land in New Zealand any time soon.
Locally, Suzuki offers the Jimny in six variants across the three and five-door line-ups.
