The CR-V Concept previews the fourth instalment of the popular SUV that should reach New Zealand shores in 2012.
The image released by Honda shows the new CR-V will feature a larger single-grille design featuring three horizontal chrome bars, wider headlights and a prominent underbody scuff plate.
Honda has also created a more athletic profile by opting for an arrowed rear pillar design.
Honda has revealed few details for its new SUV that is rumoured to sit on a new platform and to be expanding to a seven-seat layout.
The company says it will be powered by more efficient engines.
Honda’s CR-V Concept will be seen by the public for the first time in September at the Orange County International Auto Show in California.
