The Koenigsegg Trevita CCXR is one of only three to be produced, with a body made from a white carbon fibre diamond weave.

The exterior features a double carbon fibre wing and carbon ceramic brakes with ABS. A hydraulic lifting system “ensures some everyday usability”.

The rear-wheel drive is powered by a 4.8-litre twin-supercharged V8 engine running on biofuel that produces 1018hp (759kW). Torque tops out at 1060Nm.

The Trevita hots the 0-100kmh mark in 2.9 seconds, and 200kmh in 8.75 seconds.

The car is street-legal in the United States, having survived 18 crash tests.
