Jeep wheels out set of wild concepts for 2026 Easter Safari

Jeep has unveiled its concepts for the annual Easter Safari, and 2026’s bunch do not disappoint. 

Starting with the rowdiest, the ‘Wrangler Anvil 715 Concept’ is a retro-inspired, V8-powered dune basher that’s hard not to love. 

Wearing a classic Jeep front fascia, and shod with massive all-terrain tyres, it looks ready to win SEMA and dominate MOAB on the way home. 

Beneath the bonnet, this machine is powered by a 392 Hemi V8, producing a hefty 350kW/637Nm, which will push it along nicely. 

Next in the cool scale is the ‘XJ Pioneer Concept’, which is more of a restomod-done-right over a new concept. 

Based on a 1984 Cherokee XJ, Jeep hasn’t done too much to it, but that’s where the charm lies. 

It features a two-inch suspension lift, and sits on 33-inch tyres that are wrapped around a set of custom 17-inch wheels. 

The interior is basically stock, but it does feature a pair of those massaging covers on the front seats for period-correct nostalgia. 

Back to the other end of the spectrum, the ‘Wrangler Buzzcut Concept’ is another wild build. 

Finished in Vitamin C orange, and featuring a chopped roofline, it would stand out among a bunch of Jeeps on any trail. 

It also sits on 37-inch all terrain tyres that wouldn’t have any trouble eating up the roughest of terrain. 

Beneath the bonnet sits a turbocharged 2.0-litre engine, which might disappoint some, but it still makes more torque than the old V6. 

On the retro front, the ‘Wrangler Laredo Concept’ brings classic style modifications back to the four-door SUV. 

The colours say ‘80s whilst the polished aluminium wheels mean business. 

The interior is also a nice nod to the American Southwest with a native pattern across the seats and dashboard. 

Finally, the ‘Grand Wagoneer Commander Concept’ is probably the most tame of the bunch, but is still cool in its own right. 

Big tyres, underbody protection, and a big light bar across the roof round out its modification list.
