Mercedes-AMG has given the world its first glimpse of its new all-electric four door coupe, showing off the interior.

AMG’s new EV will reportedly serve as the continuation of the GT 4-Door Coupe that has been offered since 2019.

Like this petrol model, this four-door coupe is set to be built on a completely different platform to the two-GT coupe.

In a move that more and more automakers seem to be doing lately, AMG has unveiled just the interior of the coupe, leaving the exterior up to interpretation for now.

We can expect the exterior to be revealed alongside powertrain details later this year.

On the inside, this new AMG coupe looks to take heavy inspiration from the Cyberpunk aesthetic, with large screens, bold ambient lighting, and heavy helping of carbon fibre.

Instead of using a single screen that stretches across the entire dash, this AMG uses three screens.

This consists of a 10.2-inch digital cluster, a 14.0-inch infotainment screen angled towards the driver, and an optional 14.0-inch passenger display.

Aside from the steering wheel and transmission controls, the majority of functions look to be accessed through the screens, without many physical buttons around.

In AMG’s usual fashion, this upholstery is quite loud, with red accents throughout the black leather seats.

These are complimented by the large Affalterbach decals on the sun roof, although I’m not sure they’ll make it to the production cars.

In the second row, buyers can opt for a pair of bucket seats over the standard three-seat bench layout.
