Mercedes-AMG will soon welcome in a range of hybrid-powered performance models but before it does, its New Zealand arm will offer Final Edition variants of the V8-powered C 63 S coupe and convertible, as well as the E 63 S sedan.
Each model will receive an appearance and equipment “makeover” including a unique paint scheme and distinctive interior features.
Both the C 63 S Cabriolet and Coupe Final Edition models will be finished in Graphite Grey with contrasting yellow and dark grey decals, complemented by an carbon fibre elements and 19-inch front and 20-inch rear alloy wheels.
Braking power is also beefed up over the standard model thanks to AMG’s ceramic front braking system.
Whether you opt for the drop top or coupe, occupants can expect to find an AMG Performance steering wheel and front seats finished in Nappa grey and black leather with yellow stitching.
Dark aluminium and matt carbon fibre elements also features while a Final Edition badge on the centre console tops both car’s interiors off.
The Coupe will receive the AMG Aerodynamics Package and an additional Final Addition badge located on the C-pillar.
Pricing for the C 63 S Cabriolet Final Edition comes to $242,429 while the C 63 S Coupe Final Edition is priced at $221,712 drive away, including GST and on road costs.
As for the E 63 S 4Matic+ Sedan Final Edition, it receives the same Graphite Grey paintwork as the two-door along with decals on the side skirts, an exterior carbon fibre package, and 20-inch alloy wheels.
The sedan will also come with AMG’s ceramic front braking system and multibeam LED headlights.
Inside, the AMG Performance Seats can be wrapped in grey or black Nappa leather with yellow stitching while the AMG Performance steering wheel features leather and Dinamica materials.
Carbon fibre highlights can be found throughout the cabin while the driver is treated to Mercedes-Benz’ driver assistance suite and the brand’s augmented reality overlay for the navigation system.
An AMG emblem features on the C-pillar while a Final Edition badge adorns the centre console.
The E 63 S 4Matic+ Sedan Final Edition is priced at $290,264 drive away, including GST and on road costs.
Mercedes-Benz New Zealand says only limited numbers of each Final Edition model will be brought to the country.
