Harley-Davidson has released eight new models, each powered by the Milwaukee-Eight 117 V-twin, the firm’s most potent engine. The new models include the Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST tourers, the Low Rider S and ST cruisers, and four premium CVO models.

Harley-Davidson goes large on bagger performance with the new Street Glide and Road Glide ST models, sporting dark and bronze finishes. Special features include linked Brembo brakes under ABS control, an infotainment system with colour touch screen and navigation, cruise control and LED headlamps. The Street Glide ST comes with Harley’s batwing fairing, while the Road Glide ST features an aerodynamic frame-mounted shark nose fairing with dual headlamps.

The Low Rider S and ST models ride on the Softail chassis. Brad Richards, VP of Design commented “We took the iconic Motor Company design from the Eighties and gave it a new identity with a modern echo. Add the Milwaukee-Eight 117 engine, a taller suspension and raised saddlebags and the Low Rider ST delivers both a dynamic visual package as well as a dramatic performance punch.” It comes with hard bags and frame mounted fairing, while a Rockford Fosgate audio system is an optional extra.

The Low Rider S model is a performance cruiser “designed for the rider seeking unapologetic power.”

Four new CVO models were also announced. Standard features include exclusive paint, a premium audio system by Rockford Fosgate, a Bluetooth helmet headset, and cornering ABS.

The CVO Street Glide Model is a premium bagger with the batwing fairing, while the CVO Road Glide Model has the frame-mounted shark nose fairing with twin LED headlamps, and a 21-inch front wheel. The CVO Road Glide Limited Model comes ready for long-haul touring with heated seats and grips, while the CVO Tri Glide is a premium trike that’s also designed for long-haul touring comfort and capability. It too gets a premium audio as standard.

All the new CVO models along with the Street Glide ST and Road Glide ST models benefit from the IMU-based Cornering Rider Safety Enhancements. These include linked brakes with cornering ABS and cornering traction control, amongst other things.
